We want you to love your purchase! Considering all products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, our policy reflects their guidelines. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


❌ No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Orders

Since each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.


✅ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back!

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll send a free replacement or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.

📦 Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows no delivery after a reasonable time:

  • Contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date
  • We’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost

🚚 Incorrect Address Policy

If you accidentally enter an incorrect shipping address:

  • You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs once the order is returned to our facility
  • Refunds are not available for orders lost due to address errors

📌 Important Notes

  • Items returned to us without first contacting us will not be accepted
  • All claims must be submitted within 15 days after the product is received (or expected to be received in case of lost packages)
